Terms of Service

Pre-launch notice: These testing terms require formal legal and school approval before production use.

Who may use the service

Access is available only through an approved participating school. Users must use their own account, keep credentials private and follow their school’s instructions.

Acceptable use

Users must communicate respectfully, protect personal information, avoid uploading unlawful or harmful material and report concerns promptly. Attempts to bypass access controls, impersonate another user or interfere with the service are prohibited.

School responsibilities

Participating schools are responsible for authorised accounts, appropriate consent or other lawful basis, teacher supervision, safeguarding response and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Moderation and suspension

Content and accounts may be restricted, preserved or removed where necessary for safety, security, investigation or legal compliance. Automated flags assist staff but do not replace human safeguarding judgement.

Availability and changes

Testing environments may change or be unavailable and must not contain real pupil data unless the production agreement is in force.
